    Executive Director

    With more than 20 years of experience in business development as an entrepreneur and in the management of not-for-profit organizations, Annie is committed to contributing to projects serving our community. She joined the team in 2017, motivated by our sharing network, which provides access to food for the most vulnerable in our society. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from HEC.

    Gaël Chantrel

    Director, Programs and Food Management

    Having worked in catering industry, Gaël has a great knowledge of the food industry. His political background and his passion for public action have always led him to be on the side of the weak, the stigmatized and the voiceless. His convictions and values ​​naturally led him to a full-time employment with the Food Banks Quebec in an effort to make a difference in our society.

    Pascale Demers

    Director of Communications

    With close to 20 years’ experience in communications and marketing at major corporations and advertising agencies, Pascale has worked for non-profit organizations, including Food Banks of Quebec, since 2011. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Université du Québec à Montréal.

    Alexandra Dupré

    Director, SRP Development

    Having worked for more than 6 years in the field of food safety, Alexandra has expertise in the fight against food waste and knows well the social and environmental issues related to this issue. She has joined the Food Banks of Quebec network to support its members in the operational implementation of the Supermarket Recovery Program (SRP). She has a university degree in cultural animation and research.

    Hector Melzner

    Financial administrator

    With experience in financial accounting, management accounting, and business consulting, Hector has specialized in finance for charitable organizations since 2005, working with the business sector in Ontario and Quebec. He is a Certified Management Accountant (CMA), and also has an MBA and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
